Café
There is a cozy café attached to the museum where you can enjoy light lunches, soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and more. It’s a great place for families to relax and unwind during their visit. The café is open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 to 16:00 and Saturday–Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00.
Shop
Our museum shop offers a selection of memorabilia, unique gifts, and fun activity packs that let you continue exploring science even after your visit. It’s also a great place to pick up souvenirs for yourself or loved ones. The shop is open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 to 16:00 and Saturday–Sunday from 11:00 to 13:00.
Admission
The entrance is free for all. There are guided tours of the museum that leave every hour. These tours are 70 NOK per person and include a handy printed guide of the museum. If you would like to organise a guided tour for your group of 6 or more people, please contact us to arrange the tour.
Accessibility
The museum is designed to be accessible for all visitors. We offer wheelchair ramps throughout the building, as well as accessible restrooms. Many exhibits include braille signage, and audio guides are available for visually impaired guests. If you need any assistance during your visit, our staff are happy to help.
